On May 05, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.150/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hung Vuong Corporation (stock code: HVG) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 131,999,810 shares

-         Additional volume: 57,199,522 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND571,995,220,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 189,199,332 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,891,993,320,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 07, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: offer and issue shares to the existing shareholders.
