GTT: GTT delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 2nd time)

On May 19, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the second time) of Thuan Thao Corporation was held, but there were just 29 shareholders representing 18,808,590 shares (accounting for 43.24% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

-  To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time).
