DHM: DHM delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 2nd time)

On May 20, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting (the second time) of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 32 shareholders representing 6,214,345 shares (accounting for 26.45% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the third time);

-          Meeting date: 07:30am June 04, 2015

-          Meeting venue: the company’s Headquarter – 463/1 Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Huong Son Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.
