CSV: Explanation and adjustment for business result in Q1.2015

South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company gave reasons affecting to profit and loss in Quarter 1/2015 compared to in Quarter 1/2014 as follows:

1)     Adjusting profit after tax in Quarter 1/2014 in consolidated financial statement in Quarter 1/2015:

2)     Explaining the fluctuation in consolidated business result in Quarter 1/2015 compared to Quarter 1/2014.

Reason:

-          Gross profit in Quarter 1/2015 increased VND15,725 million.

-          Financial income decreased VND2,755 million

-          Selling expense increased VND2,804 million

-          General and administration expense decreased VND979 million

-          Other profit decreased VND 107 million

-          Business income tax – current increased VND4,013 million

-          Business income tax – deferred increased VND84 million
