LGC: LGC commits to disclose financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015 on schedule

On May 19, 2015, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam has issued Document 2381/UBCK-QLPH to sent CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company to extend of submitting the financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015. Accordingly, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam rejected LGC’s proposal on extension time of submitting the financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015. LGC has committed to disclose financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015 on schedule.
