LCM: LCM delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 2nd time)

On May 22, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the second time) of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 99 shareholders representing 6,379,882 shares (accounting for 25.90% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the third time);

-          Meeting time: 08:00 am June 10, 2015

-          Meeting venue: LaoCaiStar Hotel, No.003 Hoang Lien, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai Province.
