CII: CII commits to disclose financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015

On May 19, 2015, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam has issued Document 2382/UBCK-QLPH to sent Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to extend of submitting the financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015. Accordingly, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam rejected CII’s proposal on extension time of submitting the financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015. LGC has committed to disclose consolidated financial statements of Quarter 1, 2015 within 07 days.
