-          If the first AGM 2015 is not successful, the Company will hold the second and third (if any):

• Meeting time for the second AGM 2015 (if any): 14:00, June 05, 2015 
• Meeting time for the third AGM 2015 (if any): 08:00, June 06, 2015

-          Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, 14 Vo Van Tan, ward 6, district 3, Hochiminh city.

-          Record date: April 02, 2015.
