ATA: Plan to hold Annual General Meeting 2015 (the 3rd time)

On May 20, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the second time) of NTACO Co. was held, but there were just 3,040,050 shares (accounting for 25.33% of charter capital), because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, NTACO Co.  decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the third time);

-          Meeting time: 08:00 am June 10, 2015

-          Meeting venue: TNo.99 Hung Vuong, My Quy Industrial Park, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
