STT: STT changed from the controlled status to the warning status

On April 20, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.137/QD-SGDHCM to release the stock STT of Saigontourist Holding Company (Saigontourist) (stock code: STT) from the controlled status, and put it into the warning status as from April 23, 2015.

Reason: Profit after tax in 2014 was VND1,160,489,344 and accumulated losses as of December 31, 2014 was –VND28,417,835,878 according to the 2014 audited financial statements.
