VSH: Reminded of late information disclosure

O April 17, 2015, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015. However, until April 23, 2015, Hochiminh Stock Exchange just received the Resolution and Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015. According to Point 1.3 Article 8 Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC, the company was late information disclosure about the Resolution and Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015.

-         Therefore, Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to remind the company to disclosure information as regulated.
