DLG: Reminded of late disclosure of personnel change

On April 25, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the resolution and minutes of Annual General Meeting 2015 of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting approved the resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Bich Loan as member of the Board of Supervisors from April 09, 2015. However, until now, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has not received any announcement about this resignation. 

Therefore, the Exchange would like to remind and propose Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company about the compliance of regulations on information disclosure on stock market.
