On May 11, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.506/TB-SGDHCM on the suspension of trading of CII41401 bonds:

-       Issuer: Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company

-       Securities code: CII41401

-       CII41401 bonds will be suspended trading as from May 21, 2015 to the end of June 23, 2015.

-       Reason: To ensure the implementation of the second phase of bond conversion on June 23, 2015.
