OGC: OGC Put into Warning Status

On May 20, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.176/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) into warning status as from May 27, 2015.

Reason: Ocean Group Joint Stock Company often violated the regulation on disclosure of information according to Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance.
