OCH: HNX notice: Stock under supervision and trading restriction (OCH)

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
-    Issuer: Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC
-    Stock code: OCH
-    Effective date: 05/06/2015
-    Reason: The company did not resolve the reason for being put under alert. HNX has put OCH under supervision and trading restriction according to Point 1.5, Term 1, Article 13 of Listing regulations. Especially the company has not disclosed yet the Audited FS 2014 and FS Quarter 1/2015 (consolidated)
-    Trading restriction: OCH can only be traded on Friday weekly.
In case that the company hasn’t overcome the above situation by 30/06/2015, HNX would put OCH under trading suspension according to Point 2, Term 1, Article 14 of Listing regulations.
Supervision and trading restriction period ends when Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC overcomes current situation.
