OGC: OGC reminded for violations

On April 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.146/QD-SGDHCM to remind Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Ocean Group Joint Stock Company has repeatedly violated the regulations on information disclosure at Point 1,2 – Article 7 and Point 3 - Article 10 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
