LHG: LHG shares released from the warning status

On April 23, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.461/TB-SGDHCM to release the stock of Long Hau Corporation (stock code: LHG) from the warning status from April 24, 2015.

Reason: The Company’s profit after tax in 2014 was VND25.17 billion and the undistributed profit on December 31, 2014 was VND299.46 billion, according to the Company’s 2014 audited financial statements. This is the case of securities are released from the warning status pursuant to Point 4.1 and 4.2 – Article 15 of the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
