MWG: The record date for a share issuance

On April 25, 2015, HOSE announced the record date for t a share issuance to increase its charter capital of Mobile World Investment Corporation:

Stock symbol:   MWG                           

Ex-right date:    May 13, 2015   

Record date:     May 15, 2015

Purpose            a share issuance to increase its charter capital

Contents:

-         Exercise ratio: 4:1 (a shareholder owning 4 shares will receive 1 new share)

-         Issue volume: 27,988,374 shares

-         Plan for fractional and undistributed shares:

• The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 222 shares at the record date, he will receive: (222/4)*1=55.5shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 55 new shares.

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend in stock at Headquarter of Mobile World Investment Corporation and please submit ID cards.
