VNS: Vinasun to issue more than 11 million shares

Vietnam Sun Corporation announced the information on a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

1)    Stock type: common share

2)    Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

3)    Object of the issuance: current shareholders whose names are in the shareholder list on the record date.

4)    Exercise ratio: 100:20

5)    Current outstanding volume: 56,549,516 shares

6)    Expected issue volume: 11,309,903 shares

7)    Total issue value: VND113,099,030,000.

8)    Financial resource: the capital surplus and undistributed profit.

9)    Rights to receive additionally-issued shares: fully transferable.

10) Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
