BID: Announcement of new stock issuance

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnamannounced the stock issuance as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 336,921,100 shares

-          Issue value: VND3,369,211,000,000

2)     Purpose: to issue shares to exchange for shares of Mekong Housing Bank (MHB).

3)     Exchange ratio: 1:1 (01 share of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam exchanged for 01 share of Mekong Housing Bank)

4)     Time of exchange: within 90 days since April 25, 2015

5)     Place of exchange: The head office of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.

6)     Place of disclosure of the prospectus for exchange: The head office of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.
