NBB: The BOD approves the third phase of bond issuance

On April 27, 2015, NBB Investment Corporation issued Resolution No.34/NQ-HDQT approving the third phase of bond issuance for City Gate Towers project, as follows:

-          Issuer: NBB Investment Corporation

-          Subjects offered: Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd

-          Par value: VND100,000/bond

-          Offering price: VND100,000/bond

-          Total volume of bonds offered: 340,100 bonds

-          Total value of bonds offered: VND34,010,000,000.

-          Coupon: 10% per annum

-          Issuance purpose: supplement capital to implement City Gate Towers project.   

-          Issue time: expected from April 23, 2015 to May 31, 2015

-          Maturity date: September 09, 2017
