VOS: VOS changed from the controlled status to the warning status

On March 24, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.360/TB-SGDHCM to release the stock VOS of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VOS) from the controlled status, and put it into the warning status as from March 26, 2015.

Reason: Profit after tax of its holding company’s shareholders in 2014 was 70.689 billion and undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2014 was –VND139.585 billion.
