PXL: PXL to be put under supervision

On March 31, 2015, the State Securities Commission issued a decision to put the shares of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXL) under supervision status as from April 07, 2015.

Reason: The profit after tax in 2014 was -VND4.37 billion and in 2013 was -VND5.81 billion. This is the case of securities supervised, regulated at Point b, Item 1.1, Article 16 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

PXL will be suspended trading as from April 07, 2015.
