On March 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 87/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation (stock code: VNH) into warning status as from April 03, 2015.

Reason: The profit after tax of Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation in 2014 is -VND43.5 billion. This is the case of securities warned, regulated at Point 1.1b, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
