SAV: SAV to be put into warning status

On March 26, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 89/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Savimex Corporation (stock code: SAV) into warning status as from April 02, 2015.

Reason: The profit after tax of Savimex Corporation in 2014 is -VND23.91 billion. This is the case of securities warned, regulated at Point 1.1b, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
