TMS: Transimex Logistics dissolved

On January 23, 2015, the Board of Management of Saigon Hi-Tech Park (hereafter called “the Board of Management”) received the corporate dissolution documents of Transimex Logistics Co., Ltd. Pursuant to Article 157 & 159 of the Law on Enterprises; pursuant to Article 40 of Decree No.102/2010/ND-CP dated October 01, 2010, the Board of Management commented as follows:

-  The project Bonded Warehouse invested by Transimex-Saigon Corporation was granted Investment Certificate No.4130410000449 by the Board of Management on May 30, 2011 and was terminated under Decision No.225/QD-KCNC on October 30, 2012.

-  After reviewing the termination documents of the project, the Board of Management certified that Transimex Logistics had completed the termination documents and removed it from the list of investors in Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
