KBC: Information disclosure Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation announced the information about FDI attraction in the first 2 years of 2015 as follows:
- An agreement in-principle on land sublease between Haeng Sung – KBC – SHP was signed on March 06, 2015 at KBC office, Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province. Haeng Sung decide to rent 10 ha of land at Trang Due Industrial Park, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic zone, Hai Phong City. This is the largest investment project of Haeng Sung from now on. With this agreement, total estimated capital invested in Trang Due Industrial Park is USD 100 million.
- KBC has built 9 plants with scale more than 8ha which 3 ones registered to rent. Besides, many investors become interested in renting land and plant in Quang Chau Industrial Park.
- As a result, total estimated revenue is VND 500 billion, equivalent to estimated profit is VND 200 billion, the breakthrough one compared to the first quarter annually. HOSE
