According to Board Resolution No.060315 dated March 06, 2015, the Board of Directors of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC approved the capital contribution to establish G Homes Development JSC (*) as follows:

-  Company name: G Homes Development JSC

-  Head office: 22 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCMC

-  Charter capital: VND330 billion

-  Capital contribution ratio of HAR: 51% (or VND168.3 billion)

-  Representative of HAR in G Homes Development JSC: Mr. Nguyen Nhan Bao.
