According to Board Resolution No.050315 dated March 05, 2015, the Board of Directors of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC approved the capital contribution to establish Glenwood Horeca JSCas follows:

-          Company name: Glenwood Horeca JSC

-          Head office: 241-243 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien ward, district 2, HCMC

-          Charter capital: VND10 billion

-          Capital contribution ratio of HAR: 51% (or VND5.1 billion)

-          Representative of HAR in G Homes Development JSC: Mr. Duong Quoc Chinh.
