On February 27, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.49/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (stock code: SSI) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 353,794,942 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,316,800 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND23,168,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 356,111,742 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND3,561,117,420,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: March 04, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares under the selective program for employees in the company.
