-          Reason: To implement the resolutions for 2014 extraordinary meeting of shareholders 01/NQĐHBT.MP14 dated January 04, 2014 of the company approved the voluntary delisting of MPC shares to seek strategic partners and restructure of the company.

-          Effective date of the delisting: March 31, 2015
