MPC: Decision on the delisting of stock

On March 02, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued  Decision No.53/QĐ-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation (Stock code: MPC):

-          Number of shares delisted: 70,000,000 shares

-          Total value: VND700,000,000,000.

-          Effective delisting date: March 31, 2015

Reason: To implement the resolutions for 2014 extraordinary meeting of shareholders 01/NQĐHBT.MP14 dated January 04, 2014 of the company approved the voluntary delisting of MPC shares to seek strategic partners and restructure of the company.
