On February 26, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.48/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LGC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 58,216,955 shares

-         Additional volume: 14,637,810 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND146,378,100,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 72,854,765 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND728,547,650,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: March 02, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue public offering according to resolution EGM for 2014 No. 03/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ/2014 dated October 25, 2014 of LGC.
