-          Offering volume: 48,480,000 shares

-          Beginning date of the private placement: January 12, 2015

-          Ending date of the private placement: January 27, 2015

2)             Result of the private placement:

-          Total distributed volume: 48,480,000 shares (100% total expected offering volume)

-          Selling price: VND17,000/share

-          Total proceeds from the private placement: VND824,160,000,000.

-          Total fee: VND88,000,000. In which:

• Auditing fee: VND33,000,000.
• Consulting fee: VND53,000,000.
