SSI: BBC no longer SSI’s associated company

On January 27, 2015, SSI Asset Management (SSIAM), a subsidiary of Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI), completed the sale of 3,081,020 shares of Bibica Joint Stock Company (stock code: BBC) (equivalent to 19.98% total number of voting shares) by order-matching method on HOSE. The total direct and indirect ownership of SSI in BBC decreased to 3,298 shares (equivalent to 0.02% total number of voting shares).

Bibica Joint Stock Company, therefore, was no longer an associated company of SSI on consolidated financial statements.
