Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity JSC announced Board Resolution No.08 dated January 30, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to supplement the content of consulting shareholders in writing:

-         Adding some business functions with industry codes: 4711, 4719, 4722, 4633, 4723, 4781, 4610, 8292, 1104.

-         Amending Point 1, Article 3 of the Company’s Charter regarding the supplement of business functions.

Article 2: Other contents in Board Resolution No.06 dated January 21, 2015 on consulting shareholders in writing are unchanged.
