CTD: Coteccons wins bid for Trang An Project

On January 24, 2015, the investor of GP Invest and Coteccons celebrated the Ground Breaking Ceremony for Trang An Complex Project at No.01 Phung Chi Kien, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi city.

-         With an area of 2.6 ha, GP Invest saves 3,000 m2 to build a school, and 2.3 ha to develop the project. Trang An Complex will include 03 buildings, including: CT2 Tower with 28 storeys (3,000 m2), CT1 with 23 storeys (1,500 m2) and an office tower with 17 storeys (1,100 m2) with the total 800 high-class apartments. 

Coteccons is the main contractor, responsible for the basement construction of the project with a construction period of 214 days.
