SPM: Explanation for late information disclosure

On January 30, 2015, S.P.M Corporation explained the reason to delay the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-         The company had concentrated on measures to improve its business production to try to achieve business plans in 2014, therefore it failed to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as planned.

-         The 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held together with the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2015 (estimated).
