DRL: Board Resolution _ Quarter IV.2014

Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 announced some content of the minutes of Quarter IV.2014 BOD's meeting dated January 29, 2015 as follows:

1)     To assign the CEO to implement the overhaul and repair to machine assembly and the installation of SCADA system in Quarter I.2015.

2)     To transfer the cost of construction in progress belonging to 02 projects (Krong Bong Hydro Power Project and Dray H’Ling 4 Hydro Power Project) to the cost of production in 2015.

3)     To appoint Mr. Vo Dinh Thanh Tuan as Deputy CEO of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3.

4)     Effective date: February 01, 2015.
