On February 13, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.42/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: HPG) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 481,908,175 shares

-         Additional volume: 6,735,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND67,350,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 488,643,175 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND4,886,431,750,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: February 25, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: Those are the number of shares issued under the ESOP.
