TDH: Decision on additional listing

On February 25, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.47/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (stock code: TDH) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 38,150,420 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,814,306 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND38,143,060,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 41,964,726 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND419,647,260,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: February 27, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: issued shares to increase the share capital from the owner's equity.
