Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation has disclosed a stock issuance to pay dividend as follows:

1)    Stock name: Stock of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation

2)    Stock type: common share

3)    Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

4)    Total number of shares issued: 100,700,000 shares. In which:

-          Number of shares entitled to receive dividend: 75,000,000 shares

-          Number of shares not entitled to receive dividend: 25,700,000 shares. These are shares privately issued to strategic partners.  

5)    Number of outstanding shares: 100,642,000 shares. In which, number of outstanding shares entitled to receive dividend: 74,942,000 shares.

6)    Number of treasury shares: 58,000 shares

7)    Number of shares expected to issue: 5,250,000 shares

8)    Total issue value: VND52,500,000,000.

9)    Issue ratio (Number of shares expected to issue / Total number of shares issued): 7%

10) Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2013.
