HOSE announces the record date for 2013 cash dividend payment of Long Hau Corporation:

–     Stock symbol:   LHG

–     Ex-right date:    March 02, 2015 

–     Record date:     March 04, 2015 

–     Purpose:           to implement the 2013 cash dividend payment

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

–     Payment date:   March 31, 2015

Place & procedure of payment:

–     Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

–     Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Department of Long Hau Corporation, Long Hau Commune, Can Guoc District, Long An Province from March 31, 2015.

–     Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

–     In case shareholders receive dividends by transfer, shareholders will send letters to ask LHG to pay dividends by transfer before March 31, 2015.
