HSG: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012-2013

Hoasen Group announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 03, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 3nd of 2012 - 2013dividend in cash:

Record date: March 18, 2015

Payment for the 3nd of 2012 - 2013 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 05%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date: March 27, 2015. 

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from March 03, 2015.
