BIC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

BIDV Insurance Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 11, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2014 dividend in cash:

–     Record date: March 26, 2015

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

–     Payment date:   April 24, 2015   

–     Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BIDV Insurance Corporation, Floor 16, A Vincom Tower, 191 Ba Trieu Street, Ha Noi City as from April 24, 2015.

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from March 11, 2015.
