RAL: The Record Date for AGM 2015 & 2nd Dividend Payment for 2014

On March 23, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.346/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company (stock code: RAL) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: April 02, 2015 

-         Record date: April 06, 2015                   

-         Purpose: to organize the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay cash dividend for the second installment of 2014.

1)     The 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-         Meeting date (estimated): April 27, 2015

-         Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be noticed later.

2)     The 2nd dividend payment for 2014:

-         Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment time: April 27, 2015.
