PGI: The Record Date for AGM 2015 & Dividend 2014

On March 19, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.341/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (stock code: PGI) as follows:

-  Ex-right date: March 26, 2015 

-  Record date: March 30, 2015                

-  Purpose: to organize the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the second dividend installment for 2014.

1)     The 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-  Meeting date: The meeting time will be noticed later.

-  Meeting venue: 22nd Floor, Mipec Building, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da, Ha Noi.

2)     The second dividend installment for 2014:

-  Exercise ratio: 4% /par value (400 dong/share)

-  Payment date: May 18, 2015.
