–     Ex-right date:    March 04, 2015 

–     Record date:     March 06, 2015 

–     Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend payment for 2015

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 8% (VND800/share)

–     Payment date:               March 27, 2015 

Place of implementation:

–     Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

–     Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at DOMESCO Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation, 66 Highway 30, My Phu Ward, Cao lanh city, Dong Thap Province on working days from March 27, 2015 , and please submit ID card.
