Bien Hoa Packaging Company announced Board Resolution No.01/NQ-HDQT/2015 dated February 09, 2015 regarding the second dividend payment for 2014 and the 2015 annual general meeting as follows:

-         The second dividend payment for 2014:  10%/par value (VND1,000/share), in cash.

-         The 2015 annual general meeting: expected in March 2015.
