- Depreciation value/year: VND3.480 billion
- Total accumulated resource (Profit before tax + Depreciation: 55% (or VND91.85 billion) + Allocation of tools and supplies)/Total revenue
- Minimum dividend ratio for 2015: 36%/charter capital (VND84.5 billion)
Article 4: To approve the document regarding the distribution of the 2014 bonus fund to the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, the Directorate and staff:
Article 5: To approve the list of audit companies in 2015. The AGM authorized the Board of Directors to choose 01 audit company among 07 ones in 2015.
Article 6: To approve the document regarding the member replacement in the Board of Directors.
